Pastor Wampler grew up in a Christian home and as such has attended church his entire life. He lived in New Whiteland, Indiana until he went to PCC in 1996. He made a profession of faith at the age of four, but it was not until his junior year in college when he genuinely accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. At the time he was an intern at West Florida Baptist Church, and his pastor, Pastor Alan Stewart, was preaching about salvation on a regular basis, and he came under heavy conviction as to his own salvation. He had been a good person, had lived a good life, and had even said a prayer at a young age, but he realized that none of those could save him. On February 10, 1999, for the first time in his life, he was born again.

He went on to finish college and then completed his Masters of Divinity degree in 2003. While approaching graduation day, Pastor Alan Stewart came to him and offered him a full time position at West Florida Baptist Church, where he then served as an Assistant Pastor for 11 years. The Lord allowed him to serve at WFBC for 16 years all together. Answering the call of God in 2014, he become the Pastor of Victory Baptist Church.

Kelly Wampler

Kelly was raised in a Christian home. Her dad became a pastor when she was 12 years old and is currently the pastor of Kendall Park Baptist Church in New Jersey. She made a profession of faith as a child but struggled with doubts for years. Finally, at the age of 22, on a Sunday afternoon, she laid all doubts to rest and made sure of her salvation. She was baptized the next Sunday and has had a peace of mind ever since.

Kelly graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She taught at Pensacola Christian Academy for three years. At the end of those years, Kelly gave up the classroom and began her biggest teaching career…her children. She is currently a stay at home mom, teaches piano lessons, works as a homeschooling tutor, and assists in many ministries alongside her husband.
